Hoewel heel wat vlekken verwijderd kunnen worden met RMC Soap en RMC Surface Care, ontwikkelde Rubio® Monocoat bijkomend een aantal specifieke vlekkenverwijderaars. Zo kunnen hardnekkige kalkvlekken doeltreffend aangepakt worden met RMC Limespot Remover, vetvlekken met RMC Grease Remover en zwarte/looizuur vlekken met RMC Tannin Remover. Is de vlek te diep in het hout gedrongen, dan kan in laatste instantie plaatselijk geschuurd en opnieuw geolied worden.
